With major refurbishments completed, The Woolshed, the resort’s primary conference and event hub has relaunched with an enhanced meetings and events offering.
The redesign features a contemporary, business-ready aesthetic, improved operational functionality and upgraded technology tailored for conferences and gala events.
The major investment marks a significant chapter in the resort’s programs for the Australian MICE sector, positioning the resort as the ultimate destination for business and leisure travellers alike.
“This investment ensures we remain a destination where luxury, local connection and operational capability work seamlessly together,” InterContinental Sanctuary Cove General Manager, Matt Rippin said.
Key enhancements include comprehensive interior refurbishment of the Ballroom and first-floor meeting rooms, an updated lighting control systems to support high-production event formats and new banquet furniture and fittings focusing on increased flexibility for event layouts.
The resort currently has 15 indoor and outdoor venues, enabling conferences and incentives ranging from 20-delegate gatherings to large-scale events of up to 400 guests.
