Development Update April 2025

We’d like to provide you with an update on the various developments underway at Sanctuary Cove. Below are the latest details from our team regarding ongoing projects, new releases, and future plans.

Harbour One 
Construction at Harbour One continues to progress well on site. We estimate project completion to be in June/July 2025.

The Village Gates – Project Activation
We look forward to opening the new Village Gates. The opening of the Village Gates will occur approximately one month after the completion of Harbour One which is estimated for June/July 2025.

Parkway Greens Update

Construction of Stage 1 for the 20 lots in Parkway Greens (land site next to Village car park) is now complete.

Fairways Land Development

A total of 110 land lots are being developed. Construction is now underway. This is the last parcel approved under Stage 1 residential cap. Construction is progressing throughout 2025, with the Stage One of lots slated for release late 2025, early 2026.
