Ice Bath and more reformer Pilates now available at the Country Club

If you’re ready for the challenge, an Ice Bath has been installed at the Sanctuary Cove Country Club.  $20 for a casual non-member session, or just an additional $10 per week on top of usual membership fees for up to 3 sessions per week.  Must be booked in advance contact the Country Club for more details.

Gold Coast Pilates is also excited to share that their studio has expanded, introducing an additional 3 beds, and adding more classes!  The $20 newbie offer is still running for a limited time only. Try out your first reformer Pilates class for just $20. T&Cs apply.  Book here Gold Coast Pilates.
