Sanctuary Cove owner and developer Mulpha has secured award winning food retailer Jones & Co Grocer (Jones Retail Group) to take over the IGA tenancy in the Sanctuary Cove Marine Village, effective immediately.
A range of questions were asked of Tim Spencer and Barry Teeling at our July Community Conversations event in regard to the Marine Village and Sanctuary Cove Retail precinct.
Due to increasing demand from locals and residents, the Sanctuary Cove Storage facility, which is located at the corner of Edgecliff Drive and Sickle Avenue, Sanctuary Cove, will be expanding further.
